Troubleshooting Tips

Common Issues

  • Having trouble logging in?

    Double-check your credentials or use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password.

  • Shot tracking not saving?

    Make sure you’re connected to the internet and refresh your page. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser’s cache.

  • Leaderboard not updating?

    This can be due to recent changes. Wait a moment and refresh your dashboard to see the latest results.

You can set or update your daily shot goal from your dashboard. Just head to the “Change Goal” section, enter your new target, and save it.

Yes! Your dashboard includes stats on your shooting performance, including your daily and overall shot percentages.
Go to your profile and look for the “Export All Data” option. You can download your shot history as a CSV file to keep track and share with others.
There are three reasons that could lead to your account not being visible:

1. You are not in the top 10 of total shots taken. Keep working at it!
2. You have not taken 100 total shots. This is the minimum amount to be added to the leaderboard.
3. You have not verified the email associated with your account. You can do this on the profile page.
4. Your account has been flagged/banned for suspicious activity or inappropriate content. To appeal, you can send us an email at support@shotstreak.ca
